My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and ideal for my elderly mother, but they were really out of date. The service, however, was outstanding, with everyone being courteous and helpful, successfully arranging a taxi for us and even securing a table at the Christmas Dinner. The location was beautiful, with lovely surroundings like parks and peacocks, but the restaurant's average quality was a downside. The dining experience was a highlight, offering the best meals I've had in Mexico, particularly loving the pan de dulce. The overall facilities were satisfying.
